I am available by phone during the day and evening, 7 days a week.

Shop Hours
Shop hours are basically the daylight hours, Monday through Saturday.  I usually do not work on Sundays unless it is a special circumstance.  If you would like to come by, I would suggest calling first as I may be out of town, on a delvery or picking up materials.

Delivery and Setup
We deliver and setup within about a 200 mile radius.  Delivery to Houston,  San Antonio and Austin are typical.  Delivery and setup fees usually range from $200 to $450  depending on the travel distance from Sealy, and the estimated setup time  determined by the size and number of the buildings.

Bricks or concrete blocks are necessary for leveling which is the only thing you may need to provide.  Regular house bricks work fine on the smaller structures, however on larger buildings we'll need to discuss leveling requirements on a case by case basis.

If You Decide to Pick Up Your Order
If you're planning on picking up your building and assembling it yourself,  you'll need a standard utility trailer and some ratchet style tie-down straps.   I'll go over the assembly process with you until you are comfortable with each  step.  Then I'll help you load each section onto your trailer and get it  securely strapped down for the ride home.

Displays
All structures are build-to-order only.  I do not keep displays on the property.  You are more than welcome to come by and see the buildings that I am currently working on and how they are constructed.

-Visa/Master Card:  A 3% charge will be added for all credit card transactions.
-For orders under $2,000, payment is due on delivery. 
-Orders over $2000 and custom-build orders may require a 10% down payment.

Sealy is on I-10, about 1 hour west of downtown Houston, and 20 mintues west of Katy, Texas.

From I-10, go North on Hwy 36 about 5 miles.  Look for Christian City church on the left of Hwy 36.  The next street is Trenckmann Rd.  We are on the left, at the corner of Trenckmann and Peters San Felipe Rd.
