This model is the 6x6 Western Town Coop with a 2' porch and awning and W1 Western cedar base model siding.
Here's a nice size chicken coop with a run on the back. The coop footprint is 16' wide x 11' deep including the porch. The interior coop area is 16' x 8'. The Porch area is 16' x 3'. The back run is 16' x 8'.
It's cool when I get to construct a new design based on a customer request. I can't stray too far from the path, since everything I do is modular, but sometimes it works out really well. I like how this turned out. Combining an open storage area for a lawnmower and closed storage area for other things, all as one unit. The total footprint is 12' wide and 10' deep. The siding style is E4 (vertical, straight edge, board and batten).
Elmendorf is south of San Antonio and home of Sandy Oaks Olive Orchard. That's a neat place to visit, if you're ever in the area.
I had this playhouse for sale on the blog after Christmas. It was purchased by a repeat customer of mine and turned into a house for ducks. She requested the awning which really was a nice addition I thought.
Here's a playhouse that will be re-purposed as a storage shed later on. It has an interior loft with ladder, a 3' porch with awning, window shutters and vinyl windows. The siding style is E3 (Eastern cedar, straight edge, horizontal overlap).
Here's an 8x12 Barn Coop we delivered to Willis, Texas. The siding style is W1, which is the Western cedar, flat.
This is 16' wide x 10' deep building with an 8' porch. I've included some pics during the assembly process.
The yellow pine siding on this 12x10 shed is called drop siding. The front porch with awning is 4'. We had to cut a few tall skinny trees out in order for the house to fit in this area. This is actually being used as a playhouse and then later will be converted to a work space and storage area.
Here I will post some of our recent deliveries.
