On our way to Garner State Park, we stopped in the little town of Castroville, about 15 miles outside of San Antonio. Known as the little Alsace of Texas, Castroville was founded in 1844 by French Alsatians of mostly German descent. The homes built back in the day are very unique.
This is 6x4 coop with 4' porch and 8x6 run. The shutters are made Alsatian style. The siding is made with LP Smartside siding. I wanted to show a before and after of a coop using this siding product. The front window is faux stained glass.
Here I will post some of our recent deliveries.
